If you have an application that is protected with our products and if you have questions concerning WIBU-SYSTEMS, please forward a detailed support-request to us or send email to support@wibu.co.uk.
For better handling we need the following information:
- Name of the software vendor
- Version and name of the protected software
- Operating System
- Version of the installed driver software
- Hardware configuration (Printer, etc.)
- Detailed error description
Developer (User support):
Off course we also offer support to the developers that are integrating our solutions in their software.
